Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the sales of digital products offered by the company IRRINIUM SARL on its website.

The products concerned are exclusively intangible digital content, supplied in the form of downloadable files (PDF, audio files, or equivalent), accessible immediately after payment.

Any order implies the customer’s full and complete acceptance of these Terms.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered are digital content of an informational, experiential, and subjective nature, intended for personal use.

They constitute frameworks for inner exploration, reflection, or personal experience, with no commitment as to results, and no medical, therapeutic, psychological, legal, or professional objective.

The descriptions are presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, due to the intangible and subjective nature of the content, no personal assessment or individual feeling may constitute grounds for a dispute.

Article 4 – Price

Prices are stated in euros (€), all taxes included, unless otherwise indicated.

IRRINIUM SARL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the customer validates the order.

Article 5 – Order

The customer places an order directly on the website.

Validation of the order implies:

  • acceptance of these Terms,

  • express acceptance of the immediate performance of the digital content,

  • express waiver of the right of withdrawal.

The order becomes final after confirmation of payment.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

The accepted means of payment are those offered on the site at the time of purchase (bank card, online payment solutions).

Transactions are secured by the payment providers used by the site.
IRRINIUM SARL never has access to the customer’s banking data.

Article 7 – Delivery of digital products

Digital products are supplied immediately after payment, by:

  • direct download,

  • access to a personal account,

  • or the sending of a link by email.

No physical delivery is made.

It is the customer’s responsibility to have compatible computer equipment and a working Internet connection.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium when:

  • performance began immediately after purchase,

  • and the customer gave prior express consent,

  • and expressly waived the right of withdrawal.

By validating the order, the customer acknowledges:

  • accepting the immediate performance of the digital content,

  • expressly waiving the right of withdrawal,

  • understanding that no refund may be claimed.

Article 9 – No refunds

As the products are digital, immediately accessible, and copyable, no refund, exchange, or return will be made after validation of the order.

Only a proven technical malfunction, totally preventing access to the content, may give rise to a technical solution or, where applicable, to a refund at the discretion of IRRINIUM SARL.

Personal dissatisfaction, the absence of perceived results, or a subjective interpretation do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Article 10 – Liability

IRRINIUM SARL cannot be held liable:

  • for the use made of the content by the customer,

  • for personal decisions made as a result of its use,

  • for subjective interpretations or individual expectations.

The content offered is in no way a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice.

Article 11 – Intellectual property

All content provided is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, distribution, sharing, resale, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from IRRINIUM SARL is strictly prohibited.

The purchase grants the customer a strictly personal, private, and non-transferable right of use.

Article 12 – Personal data

The personal data collected when placing orders is processed in accordance with the regulations in force and with the site’s privacy policy.

The customer has a right of access to, rectification of, and deletion of their personal data.

Article 13 – Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing that, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of IRRINIUM SARL’s registered office, save for any mandatory legal provision to the contrary.

Article 14 – Acceptance of the Terms

The customer acknowledges having read these Terms & Conditions and accepts them without reservation prior to any order.
